Refund policy

At MyModelFactory, each piece is individually crafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Because many items are handmade or produced in limited quantities, we maintain a focused return policy designed to protect both our customers and our craftsmanship.

✅ Eligible Returns

We accept returns on non-custom, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• Item must be unused

• Item must be in original condition

• Item must be returned in original packaging

• Customer must contact us before sending the item back

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Custom or personalized orders

• Made-to-order items

• Items marked as final sale

Because these products are created specifically for each order, they cannot be restocked.

📦 Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

We will resolve the issue promptly with:

• Replacement

• Repair

• Refund (if applicable)

Customer satisfaction is extremely important to us.

🔁 Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the eligible item and place a new order.

💳 Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
